On Friday, July 26th:
With multiple venues, events will first kick-off at Comfort Suites Lake Geneva East on Friday, July 26th at 10:00am with badge and EGG Con 1 Passport pickup. Games at Comfort Suites will commence at 11:00am.
Later Friday, all badge holders are invited to attend a small welcome reception and a screening of filmmaker and special guest Pat Kilbane's documentary "The Dreams in Gary's Basement".
On Friday evening, Game Wizard badge holders will attend an event at the Wizard of Lake Geneva exhibit at the Geneva Lake Museum. Expert Dungeon Master Frank Mentzer will guide a select party of 10 brave adventurers through an epic quest. Food and beverages will be provided.
On Saturday, July 27th:
At 10:00am, scheduled events begin at historic American Legion Hall (735 Henry Street, Lake Geneva). The vendor areas will open at this location at 11:00am.
Scheduled gaming will continue at Comfort Suites from 10:00am until 11:00pm.
There will be ticketed events at 330 Center St from 9:00am-1:00pm and again at 400pm -8:00pm.
Special guests include: Pat Kilbane, Frank Mentzer, Chris Arneson, Tom Wham, Michael Mornard, Heidi Gygax Garland, Christopher Clark, Penny Williams, Harold Johnson and more to be announced!

One of the venues for EGG Con 1 is the Comfort Suites of Lake Geneva.
We have a block of rooms at a special rate at the Timber Ridge Lodge.
EGG Con 1 is a celebration of Role Playing Games (RPGs) and its history, set in the hometown and birthplace of E. Gary Gygax, the father of role-playing games. Our inaugural EGG Con event is a small, old school mini con held over the weekend of Gary's birthday, known in some circles as "Gary Gygax Day".

When you receive your EGG Con 1 Passport you may begin your quest. Visit designated locations around Gary's fair city and at each point, an official will stamp your passport. Complete the requisite number of quests and recieve a d6 of eggceptional power and a chance to win a fantastic prize.
