- 11:00am - 8:00pm: Early Registration will be open at CON HQ in the Cove of Lake Geneva Lobby. Attendees can pick up their badges, swag (if applicable), shirts and passports
- 12:00pm - 11:00pm Early scheduled gaming at the Bazaar Event Room and Suite B (The King's Suite) at Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva
- 12:00pm - 8:00am: Vendor load in and set up at the EGG Con Bazaar (aka The Lighthouse Ballroom) at Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva
THURSDAY, November 4th, 2027
- 7:00am - 10:00am: Vendor load in and set up continues at the EGG Con Bazaar (aka The Lighthouse Ballroom) at Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva
- 7:30am: Registration desk opens at CON HQ in the Cove of Lake Geneva Lobby. Attendees can pick up their badges, swag (if applicable), shirts and passports
- 10:00am: Bazaar early access for Special Guests, Game Wizard and Crusder badge holders
- 11:00am: Bazaar opens to all attendees
- 5:00pm: Bazaar closes
- 5:30pm: Registration desk closes
- 7:00pm -9:00pm: VIP party for Special Guests, Game Wizard and Crusder badge holders at the Rathskeller Bar , a former speakeasy with origins dating back to 1925 - prohibition era Lake Geneva. Invitees will rub elbows with special guests, a few Gygaxians and possibly the ghosts of a few gangsters who can't resist a party
- 11:00pm: All scheduled gaming at The Cove ends for the day. The gaming areas at Harbor Shores remain open
Friday, november 5th, 2027
- 8:30am: Registration desk opens at CON HQ in the Cove of Lake Geneva Lobby. Attendees can pick up their badges, swag (if applicable), shirts and passports
- 9:00am: Gaming Halls open at The Cove of Lake Geneva
- 9:00am - 12pm: EGG Con tournament (final round Saturday 8am-Noon)
- 10:00am: Bazaar opens to all attendees
- 5:00pm: Bazaar closes
- 5:30pm: Registration desk closes
- 6:00pm: Special Ed Greenwood event at The Wizard of Lake Geneva exhibit at the Geneva Lakes Museum begins. This is a ticketed event for Game Wizard - ENCHANTER badge holders only
- 6:00pm: Harold Johnson event in The Haunted Crystal Ballroom at Maxwell Mansion begins. This is a ticketed event for Game Wizard - ILLUSIONIST badge holders only
- 11:00pm: All scheduled gaming at The Cove ends for the day. The gaming areas at Harbor Shores remain open
saturday, November 6th, 2027
- 9:00am: Gaming Halls open at The Cove of Lake Geneva
- 8:00am - 11am: EGG CON IV tournament - 2nd round
- 10:00am: Bazaar opens to all attendees
- 11:30am: TSR Jobbies in the Theatrum Incantare
- 2:00pm - 2:30pm: Welcome Reception in The Theatrum Incantare, 1st floor in The Cove of Lake Geneva
- Refreshments (yes, there will be a cake)
- Check presentations to the awardees of the 3rd annual E. Gary Gygax Memorial Scholarship
- Announcement of and awards for the winning team and overall MVP of the EGG Con tournament
- 2:30pm- 4:00pm: E Gary Gygax Memorial Scholarship Auction in The Theatrum Incantare, 1st floor in The Cove of Lake Geneva
- 4:00pm: EGG CON IV Cosplay Contest - NOVICE & MASTER
- 5:00pm: Bazaar closes
- 5:30pm: Registration desk closes
- 8:00pm: The Theatrum Incantare, 1st floor in The Cove of Lake Geneva
