  • 5:00 - 8:00pm: Early Registration will be open in the EGG CON Bazaar (aka The Lighthous Ballroom) at Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva. Attendees can pick up their badges, swag (if applicable), shirts and passports

THURSDAY, JULY 16

  • 7am-11am: Vendor set up at the EGG Con Bazaar (aka The Lighthous Ballroom) at Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva
  • 7:30: Registration desk opens
  • 9am: Scheduled gaming begins! Huzzah!
  • 11am: Bazaar early access for Special Guests, Game WIzard and Crusder badge holders
  • 12pm: Bazaar opens to all attendees
  • 5pm: Bazaar closes
  • 5:30pm: Registration desk closes
  • 7pm-9pm: VIP party for Special Guests, Game WIzard and Crusder badge holders at the Rathskeller Bar, a former speakeasy with origins dating back to 1925 - prohibition era Lake Geneva. Invitees will rub elbows with special guests, a few Gygaxians and possibly the ghosts of a few gangsters who can't resist a party
  • 11pm: All scheduled gaming at The Cove ends for the day. The gaming areas at Harbor Shores remain open

Friday, JULY 17

  • 8:30am: Registration desk opens
  • 9am: Gaming Halls open at The Cove of Lake Geneva
  • 9am - 12pm: EGG Con tournament - No EGGscape, 1st round (final round Saturday 8am-Noon)
  • 10am: Bazaar opens to all attendees
  • 5pm: Bazaar closes
  • 5:30pm: Registration desk closes
  • 6pm: Frank Mentzer event at The Wizard of Lake Geneva exhibit at the Geneva Lakes Museum begins. This is a ticketed event for Game Wizard - ENCHANTER badge holders only
  • 6pm: Harold Johnson event in The Haunted Crystal Ballroom at Maxwell Mansion begins. This is a ticketed event for Game Wizard - ILLUSIONIST badge holders only
  • 11pm: Baron Strahd's Watch Party for Friends (Rated R) in The Theatrum Incantare, lower level of Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva.
  • 11pm: All scheduled gaming at The Cove ends for the day. The gaming areas at Harbor Shores remain open

saturday, july 18

  • 8:30am: Registration desk opens
  • 9am: Gaming Halls open at The Cove of Lake Geneva
  • 8am - 11am: EGG CON III tournament - No EGGscape, 2nd round
  • 10am: Bazaar opens to all attendees
  • 1pm - 1:30pm: Welcome Reception in The Theatrum Incantare, lower level of Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva. Events include:
  • Refreshments (yes, there will be a cake)
  • Check presentations to the awardees of the 2nd annual E. Gary Gygax Memorial Scholarship
  • Announcement of and awards for the winning team and overall MVP of the EGG Con tournament - No EGGscape
  • 1:30pm- 3pm: E Gary Gygax Memorial Scholarship Auction in The Theatrum Incantare, lower level of Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva
  • 3pm: EGG CON III Cosplay Contest - NOVICE
  • 4pm: EGG CON III Cosplay Contest - MASTER
  • 5pm: Bazaar closes
  • 5:30pm: Registration desk closes
  • 8pm: Epic Quest, hosted by Malix Nystul with guest contestants Ed Greenwood and Ed Stark in The Theatrum Incantare, lower level of Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva
